For the past four season’s Edge Athletics has teamed up with the American Youth Basketball TOUR to bring the best youth basketball to New York State. The TOUR’s objectives tie directly into the Edge Athletics philosophy. We believe in teaching the fundamentals with an emphasis on learning. Many spring & summer youth basketball programs have a “win at any cost” approach. Edge Athletics and the AYBT focus on making the student-athlete, not only a better player, but a better person. This typically results in overall longer term team success . This season Edge Athletics will be hosting one AYBT event in Poughkeepsie, NY (May 2,3,4, 2008) and (May 16,17,18, 2008) . Edge Athletics, in partnership with the AYBT, will help run the National tournament in Williamsport, PA (July 16-20).
