After Hours Training

Edge Athletics now offers the “Elite After Hours Workouts” to all players.  These training sessions are designed for the athlete that takes his basketball training serious.  There are limited spots so sign up early.

Elite After Hours Workouts

Tuesdays (8 Sessions)

Thursdays (4 Sessions)

This is designed for players who want to really take their game to the next level. A 90 minute workout – 45 minute skill work with NBA Skills Coach DJ Sackmann and 45 minutes on the shooting gun getting up 400 plus shots. This is the full package deal.

 

The Inspiration: DJ Sackmann was inspired to Design the After Hours workouts after reading about Michael Jordan and the “Breakfast Club”. Michael Jordan and teammates would meet every morning at Jordan’s house in Chicago and would workout early in the morning, every morning while all other NBA players were sleeping. It was this approach and willingness to get better that made Michael Jordan and his teammates the best players in the world. 

 

DJ Sackmann realized that this approach truly bread winners. With his after hours workouts players will have the opportunity to get work in when many other players are relaxing or sleeping. This approach will help players at the next level when it comes to rigorous workouts and late and early morning practices. This extra work along with a carefully designed player development approach, will truly lead players to another level.
