Important Hotel Information for Hershey

The following information is for reservations at the

Harrisburg East Holiday Inn – Room Rate $139 per night

  • Reservations can be made by calling (717) 939-7841.
  • Please Let them know you are with Edge Athletics.
  • Please email me after you have made your reservations.
  • Check in time is no earlier than 4:00PM. Check out is no later than 11:00AM, unless noted on contract.
  • Two (2) night minimum (Friday and Saturday) required to receive discounted rate. If individual is staying for one (1) night, total for both nights will be charged. Rooms may be added before and after tournament, but will not qualify for two (2) night minimum. Discounted rate will be honored two (2) nights prior to Friday check in date and two (2) nights after Sunday check out date.
  • Individual teams will be made aware that all rooms may not be blocked in the same area; every attempt will be made to honor requests but are not guaranteed. Rooms will be pre-assigned three (3) days prior to arrival; changes will not be permitted after that time. Adjoining rooms and rooms facing the pool may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Hotel cannot guarantee room types. Rooms will either have two (2) Queen Beds or will have 1 King bed with a pull out sleeper sofa. Hotel is aware that most families will request rooms with 2 beds. Roll-a-ways are on a first-come, first-serve basis at an additional charge of $10 per day and are not guaranteed with a request. Refrigerators and Microwaves are available upon request and upon availability for an additional charge of $10 per item per night.
  • Sports team policy forms to be completed upon check-in by all guestrooms. Policy is to be reviewed by each team prior to arrival at hotel.
  • Sports equipment must remain in vehicles, standard sports bags will be allowed on property. Any equipment deemed unsafe may be confiscated by hotel security and will be returned upon guest check out.
  • 72 hour cancellation on all group rooms. Any individual canceling within the 72 hour will be charged with the penalty requiring to payment for (1) overnight room at $139.00 or appropriate cost of previously booked room type per night.
  • Hospitality rooms are available for team use; rooms will be complimentary with the purchase of food and beverage through hotel. Otherwise there will be a minimum clean up fee of $250.00 plus tax daily. Please note that NO alcohol can be brought in the banquet rooms that are not purchased through the hotel.
  • “Kids Eat Free” does apply to discounted group rates.
