May 18, 2022 9:00am – The following information is for the upcoming tournament in Springfield. The name of the tournament is Hall of Fame Spring Classic by BASKETBULL…the official event partner of the Basketball Hall of Fame. This is NOT a Zero Gravity tournament and, therefore will NOT be listed in the tourney machine app. The schedule provided is subject to change so please check it daily and prior to leaving for your game. All teams will play Sunday even if it does not appear on the schedule. Your Sunday game will be determined based on how your team does on Saturday.

–      All Championship games in Springfield Area Events are played at Center Court in the Basketball Hall of Fame.

April 28, 2022 9:00pm Update – The schedule for this weekend is now available by CLICKING HERE or you can to the tourney machine app on your phone and search for “New York State Championship.”Although I will send an alert out if there are changes, please check the schedule regularly. All teams may get at least an additional game on Sunday depending on how they perform on Saturday.

April 21, 2022 10:30am Update – The schedule for this weekend is now available by CLICKING HERE or you can go to the tourney machine app on your phone and search for ZG Spring Fling (Albany). Although I will send an alert out if there are changes, please check the schedule regularly. Some of the teams do not have a Sunday game scheduled yet, BUT All TEAMS WILL PLAY ON SUNDAY. The game times and locations for Sunday will be determined by how the teams do on Saturday. Also, the teams are, once again listed by grade instead of age. The 11u team will be listed under Boys 4th/5th and the 17u team will be listed under Boys Varsity

April 7, 2022 Update – There are some minor changes to this weekends schedule the effects the 11u, 13u, and 15u east teams. Please check the tourney machine website or app for the changes. The changes are minor.

April 6, 2022 Update – The tournament schedule for this weekend is now available. The following link will bring you to the “Tourney Machine” website. You can also download the Tourney Machine app to your phone and search for the tournament “Battle for the Big Apple.” Once on the website, click on your team. The schedule will list the teams by grade…not by age. Here are the ages that correspond to the grade:

11u – 5th grade
12u – 6th grade
13u – 7th grade
14u – 8th grade
15u – 9th grade
16u – 10th grade
17u – Boys Varsity

The uniforms should be in prior to the weekend. We have run into some supply issues (what a surprise), but we have been told we will have them by Friday. We will give them to each team’s coach and he will bring them to the first game. IN THE EVENT THEY DO NOT ARRIVE, WE WILL USE SOME SPARE JERSEYS THAT WE HAVE ON HAND. THOSE WILL ALSO BE GIVEN TO THE COACH IF NECESSARY. We are hopeful that they will arrive but there is not much we can do given the environment we are in.
