April 22, 2024 – 06:00pm – Urgent: Due to some logistical issues with some of the facilities in Westchester, this weekend’s tournament’s “Home Base” will be in Newtown CT. We expect most of our teams’ games to be played in Newtown, however some may be in Trumbull CT. Please plan accordingly. We anticipate the schedule to come out Wednesday evening.
April 14, 2024 – 10:00pm – The practice schedule for this week is now posted on the homepage calendar. Also, some have indicated that the shorts that were purchased a little small for the athlete. I have spoken with our sales rep at BSN sports and they have agreed to offer shorts at discounted price of $20. I will be speaking with them again tomorrow to figure out an order process to get them in time for our next tournament. Please send me a text if you are interested so I can let them know how many we approximately may need.
April 10, 2024 – 10:00pm – The tournament schedule for this weekend is now available. Click here for the entire schedule for all divisions. The schedule is also available on the Tourney Machine App. Look for “Chase The Chain” in upstate NY.
Also, uniforms will be distributed this week at practices. Most teams already have them. Please Remember to follow the dress code. No T-shirts, shooting sleeves, etc. are permitted to be worn. If you are not sure what the guidelines are, please ask either your coach or contact me directly.

March 20, 2024 – 10:00am – The tournament schedule for this weekend should become available as early as sometime this evening or no later than tomorrow evening. Because we got off to a late start, we will NOT have our uniforms for this weekend. All athletes that have a uniform from last year should plan on using at least the Jersey for this weekend. If you were NOT with us last year or you do not have the one from last year, we will give your coach enough of our spare old jerseys or reversible practice jerseys that we have on hand to use for this weekend. Because the jersey’s may not fit great, we will relax the “no t-shirt underneath” uniform code for this weekend only! You can wear either a dark blue or white shorts. Please return the jersey to your coach at the end of the last game on Sunday (remember to bring a t-shirt to change into!). This is a temporary solution as we will have our new uniforms for the next tournament.
March 9, 2024 – 10:00am – Due to the Our Lady of Lourdes boys basketball team advancing to the NYS Final Four in Glens Falls on this coming Friday, Edge practices for this week are in TBD mode. We are currently dealing with practice scheduling conflicts for the Lourdes team and will not know what our practice schedule will be until sometime tomorrow. Once that has been finalized, we will send out the practice days and times for 11u – 16u. While we are eager to get our Edge teams going, I appreciate your patience and understanding while my team prepares for a NYS title game. – Coach Santoro
March 2, 2024 – 11:00am – Due to due the Our Lady of Lourdes boys basketball team advancing to the section finals which is being played today, team rosters will not be posted until Monday morning. If the Edge coaching staff can post them earlier, a text alert will go 12 hours prior indicating such. We are tentatively planning Wednesday for uniform measurements and tuition payments subject to coach Santoro’s practice and game schedule. Thanks for your patience. – Edge Staff
February 27, 2024 – 9:00pm – There is a meeting for all parents of athletes trying out for one of our Edge Athletics basketball teams. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 28, at 7pm in the Poughkeepsie Day School gym. It is important for all to attend.
