A focused, competitive training program designed specifically for girls who want to improve their skills, confidence, and game IQ in a positive, high-energy environment.
Dates (Fridays):
1/30 • 2/6 • 2/13 • 2/20 • 2/27 • 3/6
(6 total sessions)
Cost:
- $120 for all 6 sessions
- $30 per session (drop-in option available)
Program Focus:
- Skill development (shooting, ball handling, finishing)
- Game-like drills and competitive reps
- Confidence, pace, and decision-making
- Instruction tailored to girls’ game and learning styles

Edge Athletics is proud to continue our Peak Performance Basketball (PPB) training this fall. Since launching in 2021, PPB has become the premier program in the Hudson Valley for serious athletes who want to take their game to the next level.
This fall, we’re excited to offer:
- A new Girls Pilot Program (4 Days)
- Our established Boys Program (now in its 5th year)
✨ Peak Performance Basketball for Girls – Pilot Program
📅 Dates: Sept 30, Oct 7, Oct 14, Oct 21
⏰ Length: 60 minutes per session (5:30-6:30)
💲 Fee: $60 for all four days
📍 Location: Poughkeepsie Day School
Each session includes:
- Train – Strength & conditioning tailored for girls
- Practice – Skill development & varsity-style drills
- Scrimmage – Live play to apply new skills

🔹 Peak Performance Basketball for Boys
📅 Schedule: 4 weeks, 2 days per week
⏰ Length: 90 minutes per session
💲 Tuition: $225 (discounts for spring AAU players)
👥 Group Size: Max 15 athletes per session
📍 Location: Poughkeepsie Day School
Program features:
- Skills training: shooting, ball handling, footwork
- Controlled scrimmages: competitive, high-intensity play
- Strength & conditioning: basketball-specific
- Varsity-level practices: structured sessions, modified for younger groups
Who it’s for:
Athletes with prior basketball experience preparing for high school and competitive play. This is not a beginner program.
